Most of our products have 5 years warranty, and some items have 3 years warranty, such as pixel strips, Sauna LED strips, etc. During the warranty period, if there is any product quality issue, customers will get a replacement for the defective ones.
Usually, 3 to 5 working days for samples, 15 working days for regular orders below 5000 meters. But it will take a little longer for big orders according to the quantity. It also takes more time for customized products.
